Each person works only for you. They join your meetings, use your tools and report to you, the same as anyone else on your team.

02 How it works

You make the hiring decision. We do the rest.

Nobody joins your team without your yes.

    Send us the role

    A job description, or a short call about what you need and when.

    We shortlist

    We screen CVs, interview candidates and look at real work they’ve done. You only see the ones worth your time.

  3. 03

    You interview and choose

    Meet the shortlist, ask what you like and pick the person you want.

  4. 04

    We employ, you manage

    They’re on our payroll in Pakistan and work your hours. You get a performance report on them every month.

03 Your hours

When your team logs on, so do they.

Everyone we place works your working day. Today, Islamabad is a few hours ahead of London, so a 9am start in London is mid-afternoon in Islamabad.

04 Terms

Simple terms. No lock-in.

Pricing depends on the role and level. Tell us what you’re hiring for and we’ll send a quote.

Term

No minimum term

Stop at any time with 30 days’ notice.

Cover

Free replacement

If someone doesn’t work out, we find you a replacement at no extra cost.

Billing

One monthly invoice

Billed monthly in advance. Salary, payroll and local employment are covered.

Reporting

Monthly performance report

A short report on each person, every month, so you always know how it’s going.
